Andrea Raiza Henao Choque holds a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering and Business Administration. She has a diploma in Higher Education from the University of Valle and Entrepreneurship Management from the Bolivian Catholic University. Currently, she serves as a lecturer at the University of Valle.
She has been nominated among the top 150 global entrepreneurs by Silicon Valley at Stanford University. In 2018, she became the first Bolivian Ambassador of Harvard as a campus ambassador. Andrea is the CEO of Despega Bolivia Hub, the Founder of the UNIVERSITY NETWORK OF YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS (RUJE BOLIVIA), and WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS BOLIVIA. WEBOLIVIA.
In her professional career, she has worked at the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz in the Youth Institute, where she developed entrepreneurship projects. Additionally, she has collaborated with various institutions such as CUSO INTERNATIONAL and the Productive Development Bank (BDP), serving as a consultant in entrepreneurship.
Throughout her career, she has initiated over 150 social projects, impacting 3000 young individuals through diverse activities. Her efforts have been recognized by the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, which awarded her the distinction of Outstanding Leader contributing to the country’s development. She has also received recognition as a Leader from the Plurinational Chamber of Deputies, among other acknowledgments from both private and public institutions.
