Before Builders, Rebecca was a Managing Director with the Walton Investment Team, managing assets for one of the world’s most influential families. Her career also includes leadership roles at Cambridge Associates and Goldman Sachs, where she crafted investment strategies that balanced financial success with mission-driven goals.

Her work aligns seamlessly with our mission to empower women entrepreneurs, channeling capital into ventures that promote sustainability, inclusivity, and empowerment. Rebecca is a force in the investment world, helping women-led businesses thrive and break barriers globally.

With an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA from Tufts University, Rebecca also contributes to environmental conservation through her role on the Investment Committee for Conservation International.
