Eunice Mascarenhas is the Regional Ambassador for Women’s Entrepreneurship Day Organization (WEDO) representing Cape Verde! With a remarkable career trajectory, Eunice embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship and empowerment.

Currently serving as the President of the Women Entrepreneurs Association in Cape Verde (AMES&CD), Eunice has been at the forefront of fostering economic growth and gender equality in the business landscape. Under her leadership, AMES&CD has flourished, empowering countless women entrepreneurs and championing their success.

In addition to her role with AMES&CD, Eunice is the CEO of Nices Group, a self-employed venture she established in 2005. Over the past years, Nices Group has been a driving force in business development within Cape Verde, showcasing Eunice’s strategic vision and entrepreneurial acumen.

Eunice’s educational journey is marked by excellence, with a Master’s degree in Higher Education from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. Her academic pursuits have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the complexities of the business world.

As an activist for business and a fervent advocate for associativism, Eunice has demonstrated her commitment to fostering a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in Cape Verde.
