As a Co-Founder of Serviplus S.A, her dedication over the past decade has contributed to its remarkable growth and success, boasting 85 employees and serving as a key service provider for Nicaragua’s largest call center.

Additionally, Francella is the Founder of Colectivo Shop Nicaragua, an initiative aligned with Serviplus S.A’s mission to provide top-notch outsourcing services in Nicaragua. With a focus on team leadership and customer service excellence, she has been pivotal in shaping its direction for over 14 years.
