Lilit Asatryan has been the WED Armenia Ambassador since 2015. She is also the Founder/President of the Armenian Young Women’s Association – AYWA. Lilit represents Armenia in FCEM (World Association of Women Entrepreneurs). She is the FCEM Armenia President & FCEM Central Asia Regional Commissioner. Lilit Asatryan has extensive experience in project management, administration, strategy development, monitoring, and evaluation. Since 2004, she has managed and coordinated programs and projects funded by various international organizations, UN agencies, and bilateral organizations aimed at Women Entrepreneurship, micro financing, women leadership, youth participation, youth exchange, business skills development, etc. She is also a certified trainer on entrepreneurship with CEFE (Competency-Based Economies through Formation of Enterprises) & ILO (International Labor Organisation) methodologies. Lilit has served as a mentor & tutor in different programs, including the Women Mentoring Program of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia.

She is a promoter of women’s entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship development in Armenia.
