Through CAWEECO’s endeavors, Bertha champions Women’s Entrepreneurship Day every November, amplifying the voices of women entrepreneurs and promoting economic empowerment across Cameroon.
As a Community Developer at Tabwand Support Network, Bertha has pioneered social and economic initiatives aimed at improving the lives of rural and urban low-income women. Her establishment of support groups and financial cooperatives has empowered countless women towards financial independence and inclusion, while her commitment to digital literacy training ensures holistic empowerment at the grassroots level.
