Gulnora’s leadership is driving impactful initiatives, championing women’s entrepreneurship and fostering their economic engagement. Her visionary efforts have fueled the association’s nationwide expansion, with branches proliferating across Uzbekistan.

Gulnora Makhmudova’s journey is marked by outstanding achievements. Armed with a degree in economics from Tashkent State Economic University, she embarked on a path as an economist in the Tashkent region. Her ascent to the role of Trade Director at a joint venture company underscores her prowess and determination.

Throughout her illustrious career, Gulnora has exemplified exceptional leadership and astute financial acumen. Climbing the ranks of Uzbekistan’s consumer goods manufacturing industry, she ascended to the pinnacle as CEO, significantly shaping the company’s growth and prosperity.

Under Gulnora’s stewardship, the Association attained international recognition from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan, elevating its stature as the “International Association of Business Women ‘Tadbirkor Ayol’.”
