Kristin Spindler is an investor, startup advisor, and professor with 20+ years business and leadership experience.

She is a faculty member and Director of IncubatorCTX at Concordia University Texas. In her role, she teaches students and helps entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. She is an investor and former board member of the Central Texas Angel Network (CTAN). Kristin has a keen interest in educational and humanitarian causes, particularly those which help women entrepreneurs.

Prior to transitioning to higher education, Kristin enjoyed a career in international banking and real estate. She was a Vice President at Citigroup, New York. She also built her own real estate company.

Kristin holds a BA from Duke University plus an MBA, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of Texas at Austin. Her research focuses on expanding women’s entrepreneurship through higher education.
