Myriam’s journey in the legal realm is marked by significant milestones and contributions. As an Associate Solicitor at prestigious firms such as Ashurst LLP, Mayer Brown, Clifford Chance LLP, and Baker & McKenzie, she has demonstrated exceptional prowess in structured finance, project finance, and corporate law. Her roles have seen her advising on multimillion-dollar financing agreements for large natural resource projects, representing clients in major credit facilities, and providing counsel on cross-border financing endeavors in the African region. Myriam’s dedication to developing the African practice within these firms has been instrumental in expanding their footprint and capabilities on the continent.
During her tenure as a Trainee Solicitor at Baker & McKenzie and as a Consultant Solicitor at BNP Paribas, Myriam honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in M&A Corporate Law and Derivatives. Her multifaceted background has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape, enabling her to navigate complex transactions and provide strategic counsel to clients.
Myriam’s academic journey is equally impressive, having pursued her Law degree at the esteemed University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her relentless pursuit of knowledge and dedication to her craft have been the cornerstone of her success, shaping her into a dynamic leader and advocate for women’s empowerment in the legal and business spheres.
