Pamela Finn is a pioneering CEO and international entrepreneur with a wealth of experience spanning global manufacturing, supply chain, and real estate investments. She broke ground as the first woman in a leadership role in the shoe industry at Payless Shoe Source and has since led major projects across Asia, including Taiwan, Korea, and China. In 1992, she founded Creative Enterprises, which grew to become a key supplier for major brands like Nike, Reebok, and the NFL. After selling the company in 2016, Pamela joined Burlington Capital, where she drove transformative initiatives and currently serves as President of Business Development and a board member.

Beyond her professional career, Pamela is passionate about supporting women entrepreneurs and serves on multiple non-profit boards. An avid traveler and certified yoga instructor, she recently completed the Camino de Santiago and enjoys spending time with her family.
