Through femCoders, she spearheads initiatives to equip women with technical skills, enabling them to mentor young girls and children in ICT, robotics, programming, and web development.
Her expertise in software research and development is evident through her role as the Founder and Software Products R&D Expert at Soft Digital Company. Rachael’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her contributions as a Technology Adoption Consultant, driving growth and profit for clients while advocating for best practices in the software industry.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sens Orbit Company, Rachael leads with a focus on business development, talents relationship management, and technology watch. Her eleven-year tenure has been marked by transformative leadership, guiding clients towards success and fostering innovation.
Rachael’s impact extends to her role as an Information Technology Consultant for Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, where she facilitates Agile/SCRUM workshops, empowering women professionals and digital entrepreneurs with essential skills for success.
Her academic pursuits further underscore her commitment to excellence. Rachael is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Technology and Research and Development (R&D) through the Unicaf Scholarship Programme, building on her prior training in Leadership in Business from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
