Recognized as one of the Top 50 African Women in Development and Top 100 Career Women in Africa 2024, Weyinmi Eribo brings a wealth of experience to our team. Currently serving as the trailblazing Director-General of the Women Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines, and Agriculture in Nigeria, Weyinmi is a trained geologist turned development expert with nearly 15 years of diverse leadership experience. Her expertise spans across multiple sectors including oil and gas, extractives, impact investing, gender-focused initiatives, international development, non-profit management, financial inclusion, agribusiness, and entrepreneurship.
Weyinmi’s educational journey is equally impressive, with ongoing studies in International Business from SOAS, University of London, and certifications from prestigious institutions like the Enterprise Development Centre, Lagos Business School, HarvardX, European School of Leadership, and MDF Netherlands, among others.
Her involvement in numerous national and international projects has been instrumental in shaping both public and private sector institutions. With her unparalleled dedication and expertise, Weyinmi is a true champion for women’s entrepreneurship and empowerment.
