Carolina is a passionate advocate for social and high-impact entrepreneurs around the world. After earning her MBA from Rice University, she returned to Miami to join Commerce Bank as Corporate Banking Officer. In 2007, she joined Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management to head its satellite operation in Miami. As Special Advisor, she is creating an ecosystem to support entrepreneurs at Kellogg and help strengthen Miami’s emerging startup community. Originally from Venezuela, she continues to be an activist on important causes related to her home country.
