Trixy Castro is also the brilliant mind behind Genesis Capital, a nationally recognized originator of private money loans, and the former CEO and Owner of Hudson & Marshall, a prominent real estate auction powerhouse. Recognizing a void in the market for real estate professionals seeking assets and financing, Trixy founded Genesis Capital in 2007 and its counterpart, Genesis Auctions, in 2011. These ventures pioneered technology-driven real estate disposition platforms, granting investor buyers access to distressed properties and the necessary capital to make purchases. In a testament to her vision, Trixy successfully sold Genesis Capital to Goldman Sachs in January 2018, marking a significant industry milestone. Under her leadership, Genesis Capital emerged as an industry leader, originating over $2 billion in loans annually for the nation’s top real estate developers. The triumph of Genesis Auctions led to the acquisition of Hudson & Marshall, LLC in April 2015, which she later sold to Fidelity National Title in May 2017, solidifying her reputation as a strategic business maven.
